Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including those with clients.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and meetings with clients and agency teams.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the successful development and implementation of multiple, complex solutions.
• Effectively plan, problem solve and deliver quality with little supervision.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings.
• Create and manage project scope documents and schedules/project plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams including creative, technology, QA, UX/IA, production, performance/analytics.
• Interact and collaborate with clients and partners.
• Identify resource requirements and staffing.
• Coordinate asset deliveries and perform asset quality reviews.
• Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration.
• Function as a client liaison.
• May mentor APMs and PMs.
