Job summary

MRM Health in New York City is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the development and implementation of complex solutions. You will lead projects with cross-functional teams including creative, technology, QA, UX, and production, ensuring aligned schedules and strong client communication.

You will plan, problem-solve and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines, mentoring junior staff and coordinating assets with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years’ experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet is preferred.
• Experience with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, CMS, online routing) is preferred.
• Knowledge of web technologies, UX, hosting, and web services is preferred.
• Experience with digital campaigns including site and email projects is a plus.
• Agency or client-side experience is a strong plus.

In This Role, You Will

• Be responsible for the successful development and implementation of multiple, complex solutions
• Effectively plan, problem solve and deliver quality with little supervision
• Manage multiple large-scale projects (launches, programs) simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings
• Create and manage project scope documents and schedules/project plans
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams including creative, technology, QA, User Experience/Information Architecture, production, performance/analytics
• Interact and collaborate knowledgably with clients and partners
• Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
• Coordinate asset deliveries with partners and perform asset quality reviews
• Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration
• Function as a client liaison
• May mentor APMs and PMs

• 5-8 years’ experience in project management or service management within a professional services company
• Agency or client-side experience a strong plus
• Strong skill level with MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
• Strong skill level with MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) preferred
• Strong skill level with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, online routing, etc.) preferred
• Strong knowledge of the web and related technologies including user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting preferred
• Strong experience with digital campaigns, including site, digital experiences, email and OLA projects preferred
• Experience with Print, Photo, and/or Video Production a plus (may be required for specific roles)
• Strong experience with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall
• Excellent project management skills and experience including:
  • Schedule development, management, monitoring and oversight
  • Resource management and forecasting
  • Task and delivery management
  • Risk identification and management
  • Issue identification and management
  • Estimate development, tracking and forecasting project fees and costs without supervision
  • Contributing to Project Scope of Work documents and audit to identify risks
  • Reconciling project fees and costs for client review
  • Delegation to support teams

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $160,000.
