Job summary

Champion Integrated Building Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager II to lead multiple complex customer projects from handoff through closeout in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and directing cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations while mentoring junior PM staff and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer-facing projects.
• Experience in modular construction, manufacturing, industrial, or fabrication environments preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large, complex projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers with proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Develop and communicate detailed project schedules, milestones, and recovery plans.
• Lead coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and other internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.
• Review contracts and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage project scope, evaluate change requests, and communicate impacts on schedule and budget.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to improve profitability.
• Facilitate project meetings and document actions to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project documentation and reports throughout lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Manager I team members.
