Job summary

Champion Integrated Building Solutions is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee assigned projects from customer handoff through final closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance at our Humble, Texas facility.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while balancing multiple priorities and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Two to five years of project management, project coordination, manufacturing, construction, or related industry experience.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely communication and regular project updates.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to minimize schedule or cost impacts.
• Review project documentation, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements to ensure project accuracy.
• Manage project scope and communicate changes that may affect timelines, costs, or deliverables.
• Track project costs and assist in maintaining project budgets.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
• Maintain accurate project files, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve project execution and internal processes.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
