Job summary

Redmond Construction Corp in Chicago is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex interior and corporate projects. You will own client relationships, oversee budgets, forecasts, contracts, and risk management, and mentor junior staff to ensure delivery aligned with standards.

You will drive business development, manage kickoffs to closeouts, and balance project execution with strategic growth initiatives while upholding our values of empathy, integrity, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience managing complex corporate interior projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and risk.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce company values in decision-making and execution.
• Manage and grow client relationships with partners, architects, and owners.
• Participate in business development, lead generation, and pursuits.
• Oversee project setup, scheduling, and procurement in partnership with the Superintendent.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and profit targets.
• Mentor junior staff and lead performance reviews.
• Deliver clear communication and ensure final accountability for deliverables.
