You will mentor junior staff, oversee budgets and contracts, contribute to business development, and ensure delivery is efficient, compliant, and aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience managing complex corporate interior projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (CM/Architecture/PM) or equivalent experience.
• Strong scheduling, scope development, contract review, financial oversight, and risk management.
• Proven ability to foster client retention and lead teams.
• Empathetic, team-centered leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and manage project teams.
• Lead business development efforts and pursue new opportunities.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, contracts, and risk management.
