USA Mechanical is seeking a Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead complex commercial mechanical projects from pre-construction through closeout in East Granby, CT. You will guide field teams, vendors, engineers, and customers to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has deep HVAC knowledge, strong financial discipline, and proven leadership to mentor junior staff and manage multi-faceted projects across the service area.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and controls.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex HVAC/mechanical projects from turnover to closeout.
• Oversee drawings, specs, scopes, submittals, schedules and budgets.
• Develop execution strategies, manpower, procurement, and schedule recovery.
