Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Senior Project Manager to independently lead complex, multi-workstream engagements. You will drive integrated planning, risk mitigation, and governance across stakeholders and vendors to deliver client outcomes.

You will mentor junior delivery staff, manage budgets and forecasts, and coordinate Adobe platform deliveries from development through production. A remote-based role within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant professional experience in project delivery or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Strong command of integrated project planning, scope and change control, scheduling, budgeting, and governance.
• Ability to resolve competing priorities with sound judgment and tradeoff decisions.
• Experience anticipating delivery risks and elevating material decisions with actionable recommendations.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior delivery practitioners and reinforcing project discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery aligns with client outcomes.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans across teams, vendors and dependencies.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, governance and change control.
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder discussions with clear options, impacts and actions.
• Coordinate Adobe platform deliveries and cross-team integrations across environments and promotions.
• Mentor Associate PMs and PMs to improve delivery discipline and reusable practices.
