Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Project Manager to oversee large, multi-site orders and drive on-time delivery while meeting profitability targets.

The ideal candidate will have a construction or electrical background, experience in electrical estimating, proficiency with Accubid/AutoCAD, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors. This on-site role in Texas requires 15-20% travel and a Monday–Friday schedule; strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent technical training.
• Electrical estimating experience required.
• Experience: 5 years in electrical trade + 1 year estimating experience or 1 year estimating with 1 year trade experience.
• Travel: 15-20%
• Work schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Mon-Fri; may work any day to meet needs.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages large and/or multi-site Excellerate orders.
• Ensures orders are profitable, timely, and meet customer expectations.
• Maintains compliance with company policies.
• Promotes a positive culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing and vendors to coordinate materials effectively.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Prepares, supports, and presents order status and manufacturing metrics to stakeholders.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Customer Project, Project Manager, Sales).
• Reviews quotations and sales orders for accuracy.
• Coaches and develops managerial talent; assigns team and project leadership roles.
• Monitors cross-functional boundaries and improves workflows across the organization.
• Creates a supportive environment that encourages learning from mistakes.
• Performs other related duties as required.
