Responsibilities

• Plans and manages large and/or multi-site Excellerate orders.
• Ensures orders are profitable, timely, and meet customer expectations.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Fosters positive employee relations and teamwork.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Establishes and maintains customer relationships and communications.
• Prepares order status and manufacturing metrics for stakeholders.
• Participates in meetings and reviews quotations for accuracy.
• Leads and coaches managerial talent and leadership development.
