Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Project Manager II to lead larger, more complex projects (over $50MM revenue) and act as the single point of contact with the owner/client. You will apply advanced project management leadership across multi-phase projects, prioritizing safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities cover field management, document control, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and team development, with emphasis on building strong client relations and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing resources, budgets, and schedules across complex projects.
• Knowledge of estimating, construction methods, and engineering concepts.
• Strong safety awareness and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality: enforce safety policies and monitor progress.
• Document Control: manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and meeting minutes.
• Scheduling: plan and update project schedule with input from the team.
• Financial Management: manage budgets, cash flow, and invoicing.
• Procurement and Commitments: oversee procurement, bids, and subcontracting.
• Project Lifecycle Management: lead start-up, execution, and close-out tasks.
