Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in either Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ten years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading projects of $200M+.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
• Builds and maintains strong interpersonal relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Leads client presentations and supports business development through effective sales and communication skills.
• Negotiates contracts, scope, and project changes to achieve favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Overall project profitability and client satisfaction across execution and post-completion.
• Lead business development, design, construction, financial management, scheduling, quality, contractual obligations, and administration.
• Directs proposal development, strategy, and budgets; oversees RFQ/RFP responses and negotiations.
• Directs design kick-off, overall project design and permitting activities, and master project scheduling.
• Directs preparation of detailed cost estimates and pricing strategies to support profitability.
