Job summary

MCL Construction in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own the projects' financial performance, manage schedules, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trades to deliver successful outcomes.

You will develop junior staff and work with the Superintendent to keep field operations aligned. The role offers ownership, influence, and room to grow within a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Own project budgets and cost control.
• Build and manage project schedules.
• Lead OAC meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and trades.
• Develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout.
• Own the financial performance of projects, including budgets, forecasting, contracts, change management, and cost control.
• Build and manage project schedules while identifying risks and delays.
• Partner with the Superintendent to lead the project team and align field/workflow.
• Drive value management, QA/QC, risk management, and project closeout.
