Job summary

MCL Construction in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for complex commercial projects from mobilization through closeout.

You will lead six-week look-ahead planning, manage trade partners, coordinate site logistics, and partner with the Project Manager to align field and project operations, mentoring juniors and ensuring safety and quality on every phase.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial construction leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex commercial projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and schedule.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site operations for complex commercial projects with $5M–$30M+ value.
• Lead six-week look-ahead planning and address delays.
• Manage site logistics, manpower planning, and field execution.
• Partner with the Project Manager to align field and project operations.
