Job summary

MCL Construction is seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple complex commercial projects in Omaha, NE. You will own safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance while guiding Project Managers and teams from preconstruction through closeout.

You will build strong client relationships, drive pursuit activities, and shape growth across the portfolio. A senior construction background, leadership skills, and a track record of delivering value are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Proven experience leading multiple complex projects with accountability for financial performance, teams, risk, and client relationships
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams
• Strong track record of building client relationships that generate repeat business
• Experience leading pursuit strategy, proposals, client presentations, and project interviews
• Experience with CMAR, Design-Build, GMP, or other integrated project delivery methods
• Healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, education, or other technically complex commercial project experience is highly valued
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex commercial projects, owning safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and client satisfaction across your portfolio
• Drive portfolio performance by proactively managing risk, resources, profitability, and project health
• Provide strategic direction to Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams from preconstruction through closeout
• Build trusted client relationships that strengthen partnerships and generate repeat business
• Lead and develop Project Managers and project teams while building the next generation of leaders
• Drive pursuit strategy, proposals, and client presentations to help win the right work
• Partner across MCL to drive operational excellence and help shape company strategy and growth
