Candidates should have 5–8 years of project management experience, a strong track record with large-scale projects, and a PMP preference.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing complex capital projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $100 million Utilities, transmission, LNG, pipeline, infrastructure, or major capital projects.
• Portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex capital projects.
• Establish project execution strategies and project delivery plans.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Lead project risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Direct change management and issue resolution activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance.
• Facilitate executive-level project reviews and governance meetings.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Identify project improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior project managers and project coordinators.
• Support portfolio planning and project prioritisation activities.
