Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager with experience in waterproofing and sealants to lead major commercial projects and help build a growing division. The role offers responsibility for budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relationships, with travel to sites as needed.

You will work with field leadership and contractors to deliver successful projects, developing the team and shaping the division’s expansion into new markets and leadership

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience within commercial specialty construction.
• Background in waterproofing, joint sealants, expansion joints, air barriers, coatings or related building envelope scopes.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts and change management.
• Ambitious to help build a growing division and progress into a senior leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial waterproofing and joint sealant projects from award through closeout.
• Take ownership of budgets, profitability, scheduling, procurement and change orders.
• Work closely with field leadership, general contractors and customers to deliver successful projects.
• Help develop the team and support division growth, with potential progression into territory or national leadership.
