Job summary

Gold Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Commercial Interiors & Fitout in New York, NY. The role oversees the full lifecycle of high-end interiors projects, acting as the main on-site contact and primary client liaison while guiding a project team to successful delivery.

Candidates should have ~10 years’ experience, GC/CM background, and proficiency with MSP or P6 scheduling tools; OSHA 30-Hour is a plus and a relevant construction/PM degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years of project management experience in interiors.
• Experience with GC/CM environments.
• Experience in high-end commercial interiors & fit-out.
• Proficient with scheduling tools MSP or P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from cradle to grave, overseeing full scope.
• Be the main on-site point of contact and manage client expectations.

Senior Project Manager (Commercial Interiors & Fitout), New York, NY

Base Salary $150,000 - $200,000 + Benefits (Medical, Vision & Dental insurance, 401(k) and more).

New York based GC are actively looking to engage with experienced Sr level Project Managers who have a track record of working on interiors projects in the commercial space. Cradle to grave, from early precon stage through to completion.

We are keen to speak with Sr PMs who have worked for GC's or CM's, have circa 10 yrs of experience, comfortable with using scheduling tools such as MSP or P6, and have experience of working in the high-end commercial interiors & fit out space.

We anticipate applicants will be degree educated within a relevant construction or project management field.

You will thrive in a role where you are acting as the Lead PM, overseeing full scope of the job, and being the main point of contact on site and managing client expectations and managing the team on the job.

Looking for someone who has a good understanding of construction methods (budgeting, estimating, general costing, and scheduling).

You will also be up to speed with current laws and regs and have an appreciation and understanding of best practices and safety regs.

Preference towards those who have completed their OSHA 30-Hour.
