Gold Group in New York City is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Interiors) with a track record in high-end commercial interior and fit-out projects. You will oversee projects from early stages through handover, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients to build trust and align with expectations.

The successful candidate will lead project teams, monitor schedules, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed of delays or issues; 10 years of commercial construction PM experience required.

Leading GC in New York reknowned for working on high end commercial interior & fit out projects are actively looking to speak with experienced Sr Project Managers about an exciting new role that has opened within the team.

The gc are able to provide job security, a broad scope of interiors projects to work on and personal professional growth.

We are looking for an experienced Sr Project Manager who will play an important role in overseeing a project from early stages through to completion and handover, managing budgets, working closely with the clients & building trusting relations and keeping projects inline with expectations.

As a Sr Project Manager you will lead and motivate project teams and keep projects running in line with industry standards. Notifiying the business on problems, delays, risks.
