Job summary

Construction Irish - USA is seeking a Senior/Lead Project Manager for interiors in New York. You will run high-end office, hospitality, and retail interior fit-outs from pre-construction through closeout, on occupied sites with tight schedules.

Responsibilities include leading the team, managing budget and schedule, coordinating design, trades and fabrication, and maintaining client relationships on complex interior programs.

Qualifications

• Senior or Lead PM with experience delivering high-end interiors in NY.
• Experience running occupied-building fit-outs and 8-week shutdowns.
• Strong on contracts, buyout, and client-facing delivery.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency.

A New York GC / CM is hiring a Senior / Lead Project Manager for interiors projects. Commercial office, hospitality, and retail. You run the job from pre-construction through closeout.

THE WORK

High-end interiors in live New York buildings. Tight sites, occupied floors, shutdown windows, and finish packages on the critical path. Millwork and self-perform trades are part of how the work gets delivered. You coordinate design, trades, and fabrication.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• - Lead the interior project from early contractor involvement through closeout — budget, schedule, procurement, risk, and the client
• - Run trade and finish coordination so clashes and lead times die before they hit the floor
• - Buy and manage millwork, drywall, and long-lead finish packages
• - Hold cost and programme when the calendar does not move and the building is occupied

WHO THIS IS FOR

• - Senior or Lead PM who has already delivered high-end commercial office, hospitality, or retail interiors in New York
• - You can run an occupied-building fit-out and an 8-week shutdown. Same discipline
• - Strong on contracts, buyout, and client-facing delivery. You are the person the owner calls
• - Procore, Bluebeam, and coordinated finish packages are how you already work

WHO THIS IS NOT

• - Ground-up / core & shell PM with no interior finish work
• - Assistant PM looking for the title
• - Production or light renovation only
• - Big-box process manager who needs a 40-person office to move a decision

PAY

Base $180,000–$210,000. That range is for a senior / lead interiors PM who has already run this work in New York.
