Job summary

AlphaHire is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and client communication while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and high quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating field teams, reviewing drawings, and maintaining documentation. A 3+ year PM background in interior construction is required, with proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial interior construction.
• Experience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and interior finishes.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost control experience.
• Lead meetings and coordinate clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through closeout with schedules and budgets.
• Develop procurement plans, manpower forecasts, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and owners.
• Monitor safety, quality, and schedule performance on site.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communications with stakeholders.
