Job summary

MPI, a leading NYC-based interiors contractor recruiter, seeks a Project Manager - Commercial Interiors to oversee multiple award-to-completion projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors while serving as the primary client contact and leading meetings to report on schedule, cost, and risk.

You should have 5+ years of PM experience with commercial interiors, a strong grasp of construction means and methods, and experience with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial interiors.
• Proven track record delivering Class A office, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects in NYC.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial interior construction projects from award to completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders; lead project meetings and reporting.
