Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for commercial contracting in Michigan. You will lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working directly with ownership to deliver on time and on budget.

You will mentor project teams, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration, and maintain safety and quality while building strong client relationships across a demanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven success managing projects valued at $10M+ from start to finish.
• Experience with ground-up and renovation projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and contract administration knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stable work history with reputable general contractors or construction management firms.
