Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $20M+.
• Experience leading ground-up commercial, healthcare, institutional, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale mixed-use projects.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and contract management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships while driving project success.
• Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and client communications.
• Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle from preconstruction planning through final completion.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project financial performance and proactively address risks, cost impacts, and schedule challenges.
• Lead project teams to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and change orders.
• Coordinate project staffing needs and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide executive-level reporting on project status.
