Job summary

Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. (LSF) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This hands-on, execution-focused role works with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful projects in Central Pennsylvania. The candidate will develop execution plans, manage budgets and schedules, and monitor safety and quality standards while fostering staff development within a family-owned organization with 70+

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Current OSHA 30 Hour Certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to optimize cost, schedule, and field performance.
• Monitor project budgets, pay applications, and change orders to meet financial targets.
• Prepare project reports identifying progress, risks, and required actions.
• Support early project development and client submissions.
• Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Foster a positive team environment and support staff development.
