Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts in Lexington seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of field experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with Design-Build projects is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Procore, PlanGrid, HH2, and Sage/Timberline highly desirable.

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive successful execution.
