Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of project leadership with P&L responsibility on multiple projects.
• Experience managing design/build or hard bid projects in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of contracting methods, risk, and change management.
• Ability to mentor and train Sr. PMs, PMs, and project engineers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project administration, financial performance, schedule, risk management, and relationships with clients and subs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with A/E and MEP services to align on execution plans.
• Develop proposals and execution strategies during pursuit and early execution phases.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations while maintaining Gray core values.
