Job summary

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects in the Gainesville area.

You will oversee all phases from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction goals are met. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, building strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with contracts, codes, CPPI standards,

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
• Oversee project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors for coordinated delivery.
• Manage project financial performance including forecasting and cost control.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet budget/schedule.
