Job summary

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects in Florida from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage execution, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client satisfaction in alignment with CPPI standards. The role requires leadership of project managers and engineers, risk management, and coordination with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and CPPI teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive construction PM experience.
• Proven healthcare construction project leadership, budgets, and schedules.
• Experience with AHCA-regulated healthcare projects strongly preferred.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability skills.
• Thorough knowledge of contracts, risk management, codes, permits.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for healthcare projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Set objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
• Oversee PMs, engineers, supers, and others for coordination.
• Monitor progress, address gaps, and keep schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and leadership.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and long-lead planning.
• Manage overall financial performance including cash flow and profitability.
• Review reports, costs, commitments, and exposures for risk mitigation.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, pay apps, and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with codes, AHCA regs, and project standards.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, regulators.
• Lead meetings, updates, and critical discussions with stakeholders.
• Mentor project staff and promote CPPI project management standards.
