Job summary

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end construction projects, coordinating internal teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You will guide project timelines, budgets, and schedules, manage submittals and change orders, and collaborate with senior management to optimize pre-construction and delivery processes across multiple projects in the Tampa area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager or similar position in construction project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Able to manage a team of employees and multiple projects.
• Experience in compiling and following strict budgets.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate project team and manage contracts, schedules, and pay applications.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building code regulations.
• Build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
• Oversee submittals, approvals, and long-lead item identification.
• Manage close-out, change orders, and timely payments to subs and owners.
• Attend project meetings and document minutes, ensuring issues are addressed.
• Support senior managers in pre-construction services and project delivery.
• Monitor construction schedule and quality control programs; manage warranties.
