Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects in the Gainesville area.

This role oversees all phases from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The Senior PM builds relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors while guiding project teams and mentoring staff.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and safety requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Establish project objectives, budgets, schedules, execution strategies, and quality expectations.
• Oversee project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure coordination and delivery.
• Manage project financial performance including forecasting, cost control, cash flow, and profitability.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, change orders, pay applications, and subcontractor performance.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain budget and schedule.
