Baldwin & Shell Construction Company in Northwest Arkansas seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction and design-build projects. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and drive on-time delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a CM-related degree, 5+ years in commercial construction, PM experience on $10M+ projects, strong software skills (Procore, MS Project), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Five+ years in commercial construction with PM experience on $10M+ projects.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong PM software knowledge.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints with accuracy; strong communication.
• Excellent organization, time management, and financial budgeting skills.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug test; safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and vendors for project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Maintain relationships with project team, owners, and subcontractors.
• Review reports, manage change orders, and submit pay apps.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors regularly.
• Support superintendent and prepare project schedules with key subcontractors.
• Monitor costs, analyze labor and material expenses, and project year-end costs.
