Job summary

Baldwin & Shell Construction Company seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Northwest Arkansas team. You will oversee commercial construction projects, driving design-build delivery from initiation through closeout.

Requirements include a CM or engineering degree and 10+ years in commercial construction, with 3+ years as a senior PM on $50M+ projects. Proficiency in MS Office and PM software, reading blueprints, and strong financial skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least ten years in commercial construction project management.
• At least three years as a senior PM on projects of $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and PMs and mentor staff.
• Supervise PMs across all project phases.
• Oversee milestones and bid-date events.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Manage third-party/vendor relationships.
• Review daily reports; manage change orders and RFIs; submit pay apps.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Monitor costs and prepare quarterly projections.
• Ensure costs post to correct codes and resolve discrepancies.
