Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is seeking a Preconstruction Manager for our Northwest Arkansas Team. This role involves overseeing preconstruction services, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Estimating or related project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Conduct business per ASPE Code of Ethics.
• Coordinate estimating teams and perform checks for discrepancies.
• Provide quantity surveys, estimates, and manage competitive bidding.
