Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Austin to own budgets and schedules, manage key client relationships, and lead PMs through the full project lifecycle. The role focuses on complex interiors, campuses and life sciences with room to grow toward Project Executive responsibilities.

You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, mentor a PM/APM team, and collaborate with field leadership to ensure technical and contractual success in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive commercial construction.
• Ownership of budget and master schedule on large projects.
• Experience as primary client relationship manager.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting and owner billing.
• Develop and maintain master schedules and recovery plans.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects and trade partners.
• Lead meetings with executives and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop PMs, APMs, and engineers.
• Coordinate with field leadership on complex systems and logistics.
• Protect client relationships and support growth in Austin.
