Job summary

SelectLeaders client seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Reporting to the Project Executive, this individual will drive project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and client satisfaction while managing multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

Oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Lead preconstruction meetings and develop Critical Path Schedule.
Manage project execution, schedule, quality, safety, and budget objectives.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subs, and field teams.
Prepare schedules of values, payment applications, and project documents.
Maintain project budgets, forecasting, and job costing; monitor invoices and payments.
