Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for project completion.
• Coordinates subcontractors across different project phases.
• Oversees performance of trade contractors and reviews drawings for specs and regulations.
• Administers construction contracts and secures permits and licenses.
• Supervises assistants, reviews reports, resolves difficulties and safety issues.
• Tracks schedule and costs to finish on time and within budget.
• Reports progress and plan modifications to owners and architects.
