Job summary

SelectLeaders seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction from preconstruction through closeout. You will report to the Project Executive and manage budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction while leading multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial PM, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Procore and MS Project proficiency are preferred. This role supports growth across retail, restaurant, corporate, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with stakeholders and develop critical path schedule.
• Manage project execution from mobilization through closeout, including budgets and payments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Maintain project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage long-term client relationships.
