Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for US Panels to coordinate customer panel integration and assembly, aligning engineering services, sales, and production teams to meet project goals.

You will lead cross-functional projects, track metrics, and provide insights to keep cost, schedule, and quality on target while mentoring junior PMs and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

8+ years of direct experience coordinating projects (PM Level III).
Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and proactive updates.
Provide leadership and mentorship to less-experienced project managers.

Responsibilities

Establish project plans and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects.
Create and maintain project metrics, schedules, budgets, and reports.
Provide trend insights and assess deliverables to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve project processes and lead enhancements.
Serve as primary customer-facing representative via email, meetings, and updates.
