You will coordinate cross-functional projects across manufacturing, automation, and facility initiatives, driving planning, scheduling, and execution with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating technical projects from initiation through implementation.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Working knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication, including documentation.
• Quick to learn new skills and open to taking on new responsibilities.
• Works well in team environments.
• Must pass a background check and drug test per SEL requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Mechanical and Automation Engineering teams across multiple locations.
• Plan, coordinate, problem-solve, and communicate with stakeholders to drive projects from concept to closeout.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Mechanical, Automation, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and R&D.
• Identify risks, manage schedules and budgets, and provide project visibility to leadership.
• Enable engineers to deliver safe, reliable, and scalable solutions in manufacturing and automation.
