Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of related professional experience.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Ability to learn technical concepts.
• Strong writing, documentation and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Background check satisfactory to SEL; negative drug test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to meet project objectives.
• Assist with small to medium- to large-scale projects under supervision.
• Create and maintain project files and tracking records (time, finances, schedules, budgets, summaries).
• Track and report project measures (expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, quality).
• Deliver presentations on status, cost, and schedule to management.
• Guide project team in following processes and elevate concerns.
• Assist in driving consensus among stakeholders and team members.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to project processes.
