Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in systems implementation and integration.
• Strong project management delivery experience with on-time, in-scope results.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of APIs and data mapping to shape practical implementation plans.
• Clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client change initiatives across planning, execution, risk and issue management.
• Partner with business units and clients to gather requirements, define scope and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead user training sessions and create documentation to support adoption.
• Oversee setup and onboarding of new financial products and client connectivity solutions.
• Coordinate delivery across global and U.S.-based teams as the central client contact.
• Design and execute system integration approaches across internal systems and third-party platforms including APIs.
• Manage testing of payment and receivables files and coordinate outcomes across regions.
• Resolve technical integration issues with IT vendors while maintaining momentum to delivery.
