Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead global commercial-card implementations, payments solutions and connectivity services. The hybrid role sits at the intersection of cards, technology, and operations, delivering complex initiatives from planning to post-launch optimization.

You will manage cross-border programs, coordinate ERP and connectivity workstreams, and partner with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and secure data handling.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex client implementations in commercial cards and payments.
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream initiatives and deliver on time.
• Experience working with global clients and geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, data mapping, host-to-host and file-based connectivity and enterprise interfaces.
• PM certifications or equivalent delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of client change initiatives from planning through closure.
• Lead implementations for commercial-card programs, including purchasing and corporate cards.
• Define scope with clients and stakeholders and document clear deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones aligned to go-live dates.
• Coordinate activities across global and regional teams and onboarding readiness.
