Qualifications

• Heavy civil, pipeline, plant, or infrastructure construction experience.
• Experience on large-dollar projects where planning and leadership matter.
• Candidates from pipeline, plant, heavy highway, or complex civil environments are considered.
• Technical gaps can be taught; judgment, leadership and communication cannot.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of major projects from early phases through execution.
• Leadership of PMs, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Direct interaction with owners, engineers, and internal leadership.
• Strategic problem-solving rather than constant fire-drills.
• Ability to influence how work is executed - not just react to it.
