Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's or PE a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation projects and roadway infrastructure.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects.
• Proficiency in engineering software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team collaboration.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Developing and designing transportation projects, focusing on roadway infrastructure.
• Managing and overseeing all project phases from conception to completion.
• Coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients to meet objectives.
• Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments, with mitigation plans.
• Preparing and presenting project reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental policies and best practices.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues during the project lifecycle.
• Staying updated on industry advances to improve processes and outcomes.
