Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client-facing initiatives, manage budgets, and drive project profitability across Civil Engineering, Environmental, and Land Planning projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure contract compliance, and report progress to clients and management.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, professional licenses, 8+ years of experience, and proven ability to mentor staff, develop proposals, and foster strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, Environmental, Land Planning, or related field.
• Experience mentoring and developing staff; ability to lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual project manager business plan and objectives.
• Direct project teams, assign responsibilities, and forecast workload and budgets.
• Maintain financial objectives: budget, invoicing, and contract management.
• Communicate with clients, management, and sub-consultants to ensure project success.
• Develop future business through proposals and client relationship management.
