Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Orlando, FL to lead civil engineering, environmental, land planning, and surveying projects. You will manage client communications, assemble project teams, and ensure profitability by controlling budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and active professional licensure, with strong Vision PM tool expertise and mentoring capabilities to support project delivery and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with licensure.
• Eight+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, Environmental, Land Planning, Survey or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Vision as a project management tool.
• Experience mentoring other employees.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual Project Manager business plan.
• Collaborate with client and management to set project objectives.
• Negotiate and obtain signed contracts before starting work.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and invoicing.
• Organize project team and assign responsibilities; forecast workloads.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to concerns in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain future business with proposals and marketing support.
