Job summary

Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support our East Bay office. You will lead client interactions, manage plan processing at public agencies, and contribute to marketing and pursuit of new work.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of design experience, 3+ years as a central design figure, and PE certification. You will mentor staff and oversee projects from entitlements to construction support in a collaborative, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of civil engineering design experience.
• At least 3 years as central design figure, mentor to employees, and lead for overseeing workflow of projects (entitlements through construction support).
• PE certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client interface and spearhead plan processing at public agencies.
• Participate in marketing, business development, lead finding, and pursuit of new work.
• Complete administrative and finance responsibilities including invoicing, monitoring, proposals, change orders, timecard approvals, and required meetings.
