Job summary

Fuscoe Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Los Angeles office to lead land development projects from entitlements through construction support. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship and strong client relations to drive success.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering BS, 10+ years PM experience and PE certification, with a proactive, independent, team-oriented approach. Hybrid work after 90 days is available, with ESOP and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• PE certification is required.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, communication and team-building skills; manage a land development project from entitlements through construction support.
• Motivated, curious problem-solver who works well independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, production, quality, training and employee performance across teams.
• Represent firm in client meetings; determine scope, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedules, prepare proposals, and finalize material.
• Support business development and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Oversee up to two Project Managers who supervise 4–8 engineers within Engineering teams.
