Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline
• PE certification required
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve profit center success by leading design, production, quality, training, and staff performance
• Represent the firm in client meetings, determine scope, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedule, prepare proposals
• Participate in business development and maintain client relations
• Manage up to two Project Managers who supervise 4–8 employees
